Shipping & Returns
- Free Priority Shipping within the Continental United States.
- Outside the continental United States shipping will be charged.
- Within 7 days of receiving your order you can return it for a full refund.
- After 7 days and up until 30 days of receiving your order, you may return your order for a store credit.
- No refunds will be given if returned after 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
What to Expect After Returning Your Items/Order
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if for any reason your refund is not approved or rejected with an explanation. If you feel we are in error, you can make a one time appeal.
If your return is found in order, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2 days. If you are outside the window of a full return, you will be issued a store credit directly.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double-check your bank account.
You may need to contact your credit card company. Note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If that does not get results, you might want to contact your bank.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but you can receive store credit if you return your items within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 8323 N Shannon Road, Unit 1206, Tucson, AZ 85742
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case that the item was found defective.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.
You might want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for your carrier in returning your item.
